The structure of enameled wire

The implementation standards of enameled wire in my country are GBT 6109-2008 (enameled copper round wire) and GBT 7095-2008 (enameled copper flat wire). Implementation standards for enameled wire

According to shape, enameled wire has two shapes: flat wire and round wire. Flat wires are conducive to improving the motor slot full rate. Generally, the slot full rate of round wire motors is about 40%, while the slot full rate of flat wire motors can reach more than 60%. The increase in slot fullness means that more copper wires can be filled in while the space remains unchanged, generating stronger magnetic field strength and increasing its power density.

The structure of enameled wire is divided into two parts: conductor and insulation. Conductor materials include copper, aluminum, and alloys. Insulating materials include acetal paint, polyester paint, polyester imine paint, and polyurethane paint. , polyamide paint, polyamide-imide paint, aromatic polyimide paint, polyamide-imide paint, these types can also be divided into round wires, flat wires, hollow wires, etc. according to the conductor shape.

2. Polyimide enameled round copper wire

2. Temperature resistance grade: Class C (temperature index 220)
3. Production specifications: Φ0.06-Φ2.50mm
4. Product execution standards: GB 6109.6 IEC 317-7(1990)
5. Main performance: The product has high heat resistance, mechanical properties and solvent resistance, which are a series higher than polyester polyesterimide.
6. Purpose: Suitable for coil windings of motors, instrumentation and communication equipment that work under high temperatures for a long time.

3. Polyester enameled round copper wire

2. Temperature resistance grade: Class B (temperature index 130)
3. Production specifications: Φ0.06-Φ2.50mm
4. Product execution standards: GB6109.7 IEC 317-3
5. Main properties: This product has excellent mechanical and electrical properties, thermal shock properties and solvent resistance.
6. Purpose: Suitable for coil windings of motors, electrical appliances, instruments and telecommunications equipment.

4.Polyimide enameled round copper wire

5. Polyurethane enameled round copper wire

6. Polyimide/polyamide-imide composite enameled round copper wire

2. Temperature resistance grade: H-C grade (temperature index is 200)

5. Product performance: The product has high thermal shock performance and small surface friction coefficient. It also has high-quality refrigerant resistance and good solvent resistance.
6. Purpose: Especially suitable for use in motor windings of sealed refrigeration systems.
